Unable to download some apps due to IOS update

Unable to download some very important apps because it required IOS update and still there is not IOS update in phone so that i can update and download the app

iPhone 6, iOS 12

An iPhone 6 isn't capable of 13 or above. Try downloading them to a newer unit on the same Apple ID first.
