Connecting OneDrive to MacOS as drive (for access through Finder/command line)

I have an existing OneDrive account, which I can access through the web, but it is also connected to Microsoft Office, so I can access Microsoft Office files through it. Is there a way to connect the account to a Mac in order to access other files from Finder and the command line?

The Mac is running macOS Monterey (12.6)

Thanks. I have asked on the Microsoft forum, as well as contacting local support (the machine is not managed by me, so there might be a policy regarding it that I'm not aware of).

I have noticed that I asked the same question over there a year ago, which makes me thing it might be a local policy thing rather than anything hardware/software related that I'm missing.
