New update no longer receive text alerts
Did the newest update I no longer receive noise alert or vibrate just numbers pop up next to the app. I’ve checked settings and noise is on my dnd isn’t on.

We understand that notifications are not working as expected.
Notification alerts changed in iOS 16. There are two ways to see your alerts from the Notification Center:
- From the Lock Screen, swipe up from the middle of the screen
- From any other screen, swiped down from the center of the top of your screen
You can also change how they appear. They can appear as a "count", a "stack", or a "list". See here: Use notifications on your iPhone or iPad
