How to recover notes accidentally cut

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. We want to make sure we're on the same page and understanding your issue correctly. Did you accidentally use the "copy/cut" option in one of your notes? If so, you can just paste it back into the notes that the information from cut from by following these steps here: Select, cut, copy, and paste text on iPhone - Apple Support
Paste: Tap Paste or pinch open with three fingers.
You can also use the Shake to Undo feature. Make sure this is turned on by going to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Shake to Undo. When in the Notes app, if you accidentally typed or deleted a word/sentence, you can shake your iPhone to get the Undo options. This can also help recover information you accidentally cut.
If your issue isn't with the cut/copy options but with a deleted note, you an follow these steps to recover it:
Open the Notes app, go to the Folders page and select Recently Deleted. Once there, you can select the note you'd like to restore. We hope this information is helpful. Cheers.
