SOFWARE UPDATE
My iphone 6S cant update to ios 12 when i go to software update only IOS 15.7 is showing am i screwed and should i just throw away this thing??

You need about 6 GB device storage and good Service & Wi-Fi.
If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
Charge the battery > 70%.
