Notes sharing / collaboration issue after ios 16

After updating to ios 16, i cannot share the ‘ Notes’ with other Apple user.

It used to be easy with previous ios.

Now when I click the share button a pop up appeared asking whether to collaborate or send copy, as well as the usual options for sharing.

but when i click any of the options, another pop up appeared to “Create link”

And when I insert an email or phone number and click share link, a popup appeared saying “couldn’t add people”.

i tried looking for online solution, some say its because iCloud storage is full but thats not the case for me.

Anyone faced similar problem? please help 🙏
