Kindle app on my iPad and iPhone not working

I have had the same problem. I have deleted and reinstalled the Kindle app multiple times and still no solution. I have never had this sort of problem Before.

Re-installing kindle app didn’t resolve my inability to access it. I hope a resolution comes soon. Not happy just reading on my iPhone.

Now the problem is solved. I have erased the Kindle reader app in my iPadPro, downloaded it again, and after some time it started downloading all of my Kindle e-books. It took maybe a week or two, but a finally all of the 2000+ books were in the Kindle app in the iPad.

I just bought the iPhone 14 pro max. And it, just spins and I have no books downloaded. This is such a bummer going on since just before Christmas.

Many users are recently experiencing difficulties with the Kindle App. The issue is reportedly known to Amazon, the App Developer.

Until such time as the Kindle App is updated with a fix, your only option is to remove and reinstall the Kindle App - which may or may not alleviate the problem.

Same problem on kindle fire ereader thing, deleted didn't work. Logged into amazon website and looked at prime reading, from there was able to check back in old magazines and check out new ones. They then showed up on both readers but still can't access new content direct from the app!

Did not work to remove the app and reinstall it still no go. And stayed on the phone with amazon and they could not help at all
