Apple Ultra watch face Wayfinder does not show Bezel

I cannot get the Wayfinder watch face to show the Latitude / Longitude or Elevation / Incline on the Bezel. It only shows the orange ring?

I have checked my location services and they all appear to be on?

You need to tap the circle on the face and it will change. This isn’t clear, but it works.
