Photo shuffle not showing other categories

When I updated to iOS 16 on my iPhone 11 Pro, I was able to use the Photo Shuffle feature of the lock screens and I was able to see a few different categories (ie: People, Nature, Cities, etc). Then I got my new iPhone 14 Pro and transferred all my data to it. Now, when I choose the Photo Shuffle option for a lock screen, I only get the "People" choice. The others don't show at all. I've rebooted the phone and toggled the "Show Featured Photos" switch in Settings > Photos. Any one else run into only seeing 1 category? I've had the phone for a week now, so there should have been plenty of time for it to reanalyze all my photos if it really needed to do that.
