What happened to the refurbishment program?

You used to be able to scroll down to the bottom of any Apple page and click on the link (under Store I believe) and purchase perfectly good products that had been refurbished. I bought many Apple products this way and I see that it has been removed. For example, I intend to buy a Mac Studio computer and figure someone bought one, returned it and I could get a 15-20% discount on it. Just wondering if anyone in the community knows what happened?

I did not Google this or search Apple for this answer, so I'll begin doing pushups now for my laziness.
