Unable to check for update on watch v7. Watch Says an error occurred while checking for a software update. Tried to update watch software from iPhone and it says iPhone software needs to be updated first and provides a link. My iPhone software is 15.7 and it shows iPhone is up to date. I have plenty of space, but cannot check my watch software for update watch from iPhone or watch. I unpaired and turned both off and back on. Says same thing-and it says iPhone software needs to be updated first and provides a link. Round and round - cannot check for update. What do I do now?
