"Allow Untrusted Shortcuts" does not show up after running a shortcut. Is there a fix?

I try to enable shared shortcuts, as described on the support page: How to enable shared shortcuts on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. Running a shortcut does not make the hidden setting appear. Is there a workaround?

The article you're attempting to follow is for iOS 14 devices. As your profile indicates you're using iOS 15, that is no longer necessary. See Advanced Privacy and security settings in Shortcuts on iPhone or iPad for the updated expectations regarding that process on your device and iOS.
