I've tried different sized tips to no avail. Has anyone jerry-rigged or modified their AirPods Pro in order to fit your ears better? I'm hardly an engineer so I'm looking for ways to make these things work for me without literally duct taping them to my ears.
Try third party foam tips
I personally use Comply brand ones, others are available
I ordered some over-the-ear loops from Amazon. They've made a huge difference. I think they were about five dollars.

While Apple does try to accommodate as many people as possible, sometimes AirPods will not fit everyone's ears.
If you've already tried the Ear Tip Fit Test with all the different sizes that your AirPods came included with from the article above your post, you may need to look into alternative headphones/earbuds.
