Why can’t I turn off assistive touch on my Watch?
Ever since the watch update my assistive touch has been on and I can’t get it to turn off

It’s not an error, every time I raise my watch and it wakes it tell me “Stop double pinch” which blocks part of the screen and I have to wait for it to disappear
