Private tabs all closed all of a sudden
Is there anyway to get my private tabs back all my hard work of 300 something tabs closed😢

Do you have a backup of your iPhone on iCloud or on a computer? If YES then you can restore your iPhone from that backup. NOTE that the backup must have been created when those tabs existed in Safari.
