how can I get OTP on the same screen without going
back to message to retrieve Otp

While you may not be able to have the OTP app completely open on the screen of your iPhone while the other app is open, the steps here might help you to see code:
Switch between open apps on iPhone

- To see all your open apps in the App Switcher, do one of the following:
