We noticed from the screenshot you provided, Low Power Mode was enabled and you're connected to 5G. Please go to Settings > Battery and turn off Low Power Mode as this can cause some features to be limited. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi and connect to a reliable Wi-Fi network.

After these steps, try setting up Find My again. If the same issue is present, try powering off and restarting as this can help with the connection to the servers. Here's how:

1. Press and hold the side and volume down button.
2. Slide to power off on screen.
3. Wait a few moments and press the side button to restart.
