"Comcast is currently unavailable" error with IPhone 13 when it is available on IPad, IPhone8, and Windows
Comcast is currently unavailable" error with IPhone 11 when it is available on IPad, IPhone8, and Windows. I receive this sporadically on only my IPhone 11.
I have deleted the account, rebooted the phone, then reentered exactly as directed by both Comcast and Apple, I only get the message on my IPhone 13 with IOS 15.5, 5.6, and now 5.7. Right now it will not verify the account. I just set it up on my IPad Gen 6 running the same IOS with the exact same keystokes.
I do have the Xfinity security set up to allow third party access.
Some days it works fine, others it doesn't. Even though the other devices send and receive okay.
Any suggestions?
