What happens when you try to watch a show in the Apple TV app on Roku? Do you get an error message? What does it say?
Verify that you are signed in to the Apple TV app, through the in-app Settings (sprockets wheel icon), with the Apple ID account that has your subscription(s) and/or purchases.
