disabling an iphone 5

I would like to add my old iphone 5 which has been disabled so i can reactivated it. Can this be done through my Itunes acount

Click here and follow the instructions. Restoring the iPhone requires plugging it into a computer with iTunes installed, or a Mac running Catalina or newer.
