Updated iPhone to iOS 16 and now cellular data option is missing.

After IOS updated to IOS16, cellular data option missing which the data roaming or mobile data missing. Anyone is having similar issue and how to solve it?

Would like to ask will the setting menu rearrange and different compare in between single sim and dual sim card?

Not quite sure what is this MDM. FYI, your earlier suggestion perhaps is for the single sim card user. However, in my case is dual sim card - the physical and e-sim. I not sure is this the reason the appearance of the setting menu change, as I found the data roaming in another area, which is under each individual service provider / Network provider / the phone number. However, yet to try it for the confirmation. Would like to ask will the setting menu rearrange and different compare in between single sim and dual sim card? Thanks!
