Issue regarding recent student purchase of MacBook Pro

Respected Sir,

My name is Shruti. I belong from Odisha. I was the first customer of my state to receive the delivery of latest launch MacBook Pro with the student ID card. But I didn’t’ receive AirPods as it was told in the official website. Could you please tell me what’s the issue?

Any non-technical strictly customer-service issues with your sale are handled by the agents of the Apple Online Store in your country.


The 'contact us' link at the bottom of the main Apple.com page for your country should provide contact information.
