Why won’t my music play

It says only available in Uk store but my region is the UK

Actually, it says the Apple ID is only good for the UK store, which indicates (possibly incorrectly) that you are trying to connect to a store other than the UK one. Not sure what might cause that, but if you haven’t done, check the region settings on your device.
