how to prevent another iphone, w/o SIM, same Apple ID receive call?

what setting to use for secondary iphone (SIM-less) of same Apple ID not receive call?

As-Is, it rings together with primary iphone which has SIM.

but i still need help to find pertinent setting for iOS15.7 as shown by following screenshot. Is there another Apple website for iOS15.7 setting “call on other device”?

thanks but i can’t find that in Cellular setting either.

smartphones are getting powerful, complex, ongoing improvements but lack up-toto- date user manual or intelligence to reduce learning curve to help even technically inclined users
