Hey there bernhard37,

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities. If you don't want you iPhone to track your sleep, have you tried turning Bedtime off using the steps below: Use Bedtime to track your sleep on your iPhone - Apple Support

Turn Bedtime on or off
1. Open the Clock app and tap the Bedtime tab.
2. Under Schedule, tap Bedtime or Wake Up.
3. In the top-right corner, turn Bedtime Schedule on or off.
4. This turns off both the bedtime reminder and the wake up alarm.

If you'd like to leave Bedtime on, but not have it track your sleep, try turning off the Track Time in Bed settings with the steps in this next section:

How to change the settings
1. Open the Clock app and tap the Bedtime tab.
2. In the top-left corner, tap Options.
3. Here's what you can change:
- Set when you're reminded to go to bed.
- Turn Track Time in Bed on or off. This gives you a better understanding of your sleep patterns by tracking when you use your iPhone during the night.
- Turn Do Not Disturb During Bedtime on or off. During bedtime, the Lock screen dims, calls and alerts that arrive when your device is locked are silent, and notifications go to your history.
- Choose a Wake Up Sound for your alarm.
- Change how loud the alarm is.
4. Tap Done.
