when using PHotos to edit distracting background photo albums, I follow Support directions but at best it deletes only part of the chosen distracting elements, sometimes it does not work at all. How can I fully delete desired distracting background photo elements? I am in Monterey 12.3.1.
Trying to avoid having to learn Photoshop.
What type of distracting background photo elements are you referring to?
The Retouch tool removes objects from the photo quite effectively.
However, you did mention Photoshop and this editing was done with Photoshop Elements:
