Apple Watch cellular overseas

If I buy Apple Watch in the states will the cellular work with a carrier in israel?

I do not see that any Israel carriers support the new apple watches. See:

Apple Watch - Carriers - Apple


However, lat years Apple Watch Series 7 and Apple Watch SE. is supported by Israel carriers by the not models sold in USA.

Apple cellular watches are regional.

A cellular watch bought in the US will only function in North America,Canada,Mexico and Puerto Rico anywhere else it will function as a GPS only watch.

And the warranty is only good in the U.S.A.
