Is there a simple way to check Screen On Time (SOT) on iPhones?

As of now, the only way I have found to check Screen-ON time (SOT) is by charging my iPhone to 100% exactly at midnight. This makes the usage per day match the usage since last charge, so one can see the SOT from it.

The usage in 'Last 24 hours' is completely meaningless, just as some of the other things that Apple does.

Has someone found a better way to check SOT?

Thanks.

Screen Time is completely different and unrelated to my query.

It would be nice if someone can explain how statistics for last 24 hours is helpful in any way.

For some bizarre reason, Apple chose to remove a very useful metric (Since Last Charge) and replace it with a very useless metric (Last 24 Hours). The Geniuses at Apple are very good in getting on to people’s nerves.

OK. Thank you.

We are all apple users, like yourself, in this community, doing what we can to help each other troubleshoot.

Wondering if others were asking for the (unwelcome to you) change.

You might want to send feedback to Apple.

They likely won't reply, yet if others are also sending feedback on this issue, we may see a change in a future update.
