my phone is not updating and i have enough storage and reliable wi-fi can someone help me figure out what’s wrong

Can you tell us what happens when you try and possibly post a screen shot?
If you are using a VPN turn it off, if you are in low power turn it off, and preferably have at least a 20% battery charge and connected to power. And how much free space do you have?
