Not sure if this is a one-off situation, but my MagSafe Duo Charger does not fit my iPhone 14 pro. The camera lip is to far down and the phone does not sit properly. Once again not sure if this is just my unit, but please let me know if this also is happening to you.

Try to use the top larger side of the charger, to see if this works with your phone.

Are you saying this is a problem with MagSafe chargers? If so, we recommend reaching out to the manufacturer directly. As for the MagSafe Duo case, we recommend you return the MagSafe Duo charger for a refund since it is not made to work with the iPhone 14 series.

Ok, Thank you. However, on Apple’s official website, it says that the MagSafe Duo is compatible with the iPhone 14 lineup. I am also using Apple’s official MagSafe silicone case.
Shame on Apple for designing this. I have the same MagSafe holder for all of my vehicles and normal road bumps cause the phone to fall off.

That will not be possible as the return window ended in mid August.
Yes! It charges, but it does not fit properly with the 14 Pro. Apple needs to redesign this charger and allow for a trade in.
