Billing issue

I can’t update or download any apps because of something popping up saying there is a billing problem with a previous purchase. Every time I continue by signing in there is nothing wrong with my card info. I continue and it says this item doesn’t exist.

Hello Sticky_milk,

This page can help with viewing the purchase history for the Apple ID: View your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and other Apple media services - Apple Support

How to see your purchase history
1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
3. A list of your recent purchases appears. If you’re not sure what you were charged for but you know the amount of the charge, search for the amount. If you're looking for information about older purchases, find your purchase history in Settings or Account Settings on your device.

That may be able to help with determining which purchase had an issue.

It can also help to try adding a different payment method, if possible, as seen here: If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

This page will have the steps on adding a payment method: Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Payment & Shipping. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
4. From here, you can do these things:
•Add a payment method — Tap Add Payment Method.
•Update a payment method — Tap the payment method, then edit your information. You might need to enter the security code that's printed on your credit or debit card. If you use the card with •Apple Pay, go to the Wallet app to edit the card information.
•Remove a payment method — Tap Edit, tap the red Delete button, then tap Remove. If you have an unpaid balance, have subscriptions including an iCloud storage plan, or you use purchase sharing, you can't remove all payment methods. Learn how to remove all payment methods.
•Change the order of your payment methods — Tap Edit, then drag the move order icon .*

Cheers.
