When Apple TV opens it asks me to sign in with an old Apple ID and asks for the password. As far as I can tell, I am signed in with my current Apple ID, but can't get it from asking me to sign in every time I start to use Apple TV, any suggestions?

if any app on the appletv was downloaded or purchased with the old appleID then you need to delete them and re-download / repurchase them for it to work
