Can't Text

Just upgraded from a 3G to a 4 yesterday. My wife got a 4, upgrading from a crapberry. For some reason, mine won't text, while hers will. Anyone have similar problems where a phone just won't text? I have the text plan, so I don't know what the issue is. My wife's phone texts fine.
