Turn off mediaremoteui

I have a blank screen on my Lock Screen now with the new upgrade. How do I turn off Media Remote UI?

Hello Helpmamabear,

If we understand correctly, it sounds like you might have a widget that is blank, that should not be.

The first thing we would suggest would be to power cycle the iPhone by pressing and holding either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears. Drag the slider and wait 30 seconds for the device to turn off. While simple, this can refresh the iOS, apps and connections. More information is available here:  Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

If you are still having an issue with a widget, remove it using the steps found here: How to add and edit widgets on your iPhone - Apple Support

You can then add the widget back using these steps:

1. From the Home Screen, touch and hold a widget or an empty area until the apps jiggle.
2. Tap the Add button Gray add button in the upper-left corner.
3. Select a widget, choose a widget size, then tap Add Widget.
4. Tap Done.

Have a good day.
