My Screen Suddenly Froze days after updating to iOS 16.0.2!

I updated my iPhone XR to iOS 16.0.2 and suddenly while watching a YouTube video the screen completely freezes. I can't restart the phone or do anything. The screen was serviced a while back but it never did this on iOS 16 or iOS 15, only iOS 16.0.2. why?
