colour of my back glass (originally grey) fading and developing dots. Is that covered under the apple warranty?

iPhone 13 base model screen issue 3 colors (black, red, and green screen) hii my phone was okay last night and then this morning my screen turned into 3 vertical colors the black, green, and red it's kinda pinkish and i searched it online i saw several issue like mine on facebook and reddit. Unfortunately, my device is out of warranty 7 months ago. How to resolve it and it possible to apple waive the fees because it's a known issue?

It would likely be categorized as cosmetic damage/normal use wear and tear which isn’t covered. You can always contact Apple to ask but in all likelihood it would not be covered.
