Apple Watch ultra strap

I want to buy new Apple Watch ultra but I’m confused regarding the strap size.

my wrist measures 190mm.

should I take Watch body size of 49 mm into consideration ? If so which strap would better suit me ?

No. Don't take the size of the watch into consideration. My wrist is just about the same (187mm). The alpine loop supports up to 220mm wrists so that would be fine. The ocean band, however supports up to 200mm wrists, so that one is right on the edge. For me when I tried the Ocean band on in the store, a 'loose/comfortable' fit I was on the LAST hole. Snugger fit for activities -- I would be on the second to last hole. That band REALLY needed to be up to 220mm as well.
