iOS 16.0.2 and Powering On

When I power-off my iPhone and power-on I am getting prompted to put my Apple ID password after using my six number password to unlock my phone. This started after the iOS update and it’s very annoying. Does my phone not keep my Apple ID password stored? How can I remove this function?

I am unable to access Password & Security on my phone. I am unable to access Password & Security on my phone. I remember I changed it to disable apple ID password change after seeing a video that says would protect me from losing my access in case my phone gets lost. Now I can't access it. It shows up in search, but I can't find it from the normal route to it, nor can I press it. This also includes Forgot Password. I had to reset my password in my Macbook. Please see the screenshots. The solution in the discussion below was to sign out of media and purchase and then sign back in it.
