The following might help: If Safari on Mac doesn't open a webpage or isn't working as expected - Apple Support.


If you exhaust all those suggestions and the problem still occurs, only the creator of that website can fix it. You could examine the page source if you were so inclined to determine the reason for the problem, but that won't help fix the website.
