Dock location lock needed

I have 2 monitors, side by side. Occasionally the dock, which I have at the bottom of the primary monitor, likes to jump over to the other monitor. When it does, I have to switch it back to the right side of the primary monitor, and then to the bottom of that monitor. It's a minor inconvenience, but could easily be addressed in a software update by adding a lock function. Please address

You can summon the Dock on yourother display by dragging the cursor to the bottom of it's display, essentially dragging down at the bottom. After a second the Dock should pop up.

Well, I've just figured out why it does it. If you move the mouse to another window and pull it down to very bottom of the screen and hold it there, the dock moves over. To move it back, move the mouse pointer to the screen you want it on and hold the pointer at the very bottom of the screen.
