In my mail app, under my iCloud email, it says no mail in inbox, which is incorrect. It just suddenly happened and I don't know what is wrong. I can access my emails on my Mac, but not my phone what do I do?

Turn on iCloud mail in iPhone Set up iCloud Mail on all your devices - Apple Support

See the article Intro to syncing your Mac and your devices - Apple Support

The Mac and iPhone should be signed in with same Apple ID say example1@icloud.com and password on the same network .

Note : the iPhone should be updated Update your iPhone or iPad – Apple Support

Once done turn off the iPhone and turn on .
