My Order has been cancelled

I’m trying to buy iPhone 14 Pro with my Apple balance , my order was canceled three times for wrong address, if there’s any problems please tell me how to do ?

Multiple people have posted they are having the same problem.

For support for purchases from apple.com, call 1-800-MY-APPLE.
