cannot take email account online
I have tried everything to get my email account online. I can see it in my Accounts list but cannot get it online. What can I try beyond the basics in the tech articles on apple?

Which email provider is this account with? Do they offer a web-based interface to access their email servers? If so, have you tried accessing your email via a web browser just to make sure there isn't an issue with your email account?
