Locked out of Dropbox

I haven’t used Dropbox in a long time. I have iPhone 13, iOS 16.0.2. I don’t have access to the email address I used to setup Dropbox. When I tried to use the reset password I couldn’t do it.

i used the option of using my Apple account to enter the account and I created an account instead. I pay for the subscription to Dropbox and have used it for over 4 years.

i have lots of files in the original account.

How can I access my account?
