You can enable true tone by doing the following
Open Settings > Display & Brightness > Toggle True Tone on or off.
If you had your screen replaced with non OEM or no aftermarket approved parts, you'll have a hard time with truetone
I never replace my display sofar only one time battery has been replaced!
after that the True Tone option is missing

Just to clarify, was this apple's service center? Or one authorized to work on the iPhone by apple
