Need help to redeem apple gift card

Find: "Redeem a gift card on a Windows PC"

1 Open iTunes. Ok we there

2 From the menu bar at the top of the iTunes window, choose Account.

You do this, and you get the same place, like from apple.com

3 Choose Redeem.

And you will stack again with: "Connecting to the Mac App Store"

How to redeem if you don't have any apple device yet?

The website won't let you.

Any solution? I'm also in the same situation.

Thanks for the informative reply; as I don’t run iTunes on my own Win PC I can’t duplicate.

However, what you describe certainly doesn’t seem to match what is described in the article.

Will attempt to “push this up the chain.”
