Face ID and TrueDepth camera.

Hello, my Face ID is not working anymore, and it’s asking me to enter setting so I can fix the problem. In setting, my iPhone tells me that the TrueDepth camera is having problems. I would like to know ¿ what is causing this issue or what can cuse it?
