Hello Dear, I’m facing an issue with my payment method, I have a visa and a mobile number, now I want to remove the Mobile number because I’m receiving many purchasing messages but I didn’t subscribe or purchase and I checked the bill, there is a scam or fraud so I need help to remove the mobile number, I tried many times it’s not removed

Also this is how you check if you are subscribed to anything, sometimes we install an application which has a trial period and it charges you once the trial period ends, worth to check that also If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support (AE)

The only way to “remove” a mobile number is thru your carrier.
i.e. Obtain a new SIM w/ a new mobile number.
Or are we not understanding your issue?
Please look at the picture, when I click on remove it doesn’t work, and I checked my subscriptions and bill I don’t have subscriptions with all these amounts that I’ve charged with, I just want to remove my mobile number
