Is my iphone hacked?

The first encounter I had with my problem first occurred when I was not using my phone. It was beside me as I was looking for my stuff as I was to travel. I heard a sound, like from a video— from a device. It was not that loud but I was sure of what I heard, a female voice.

The second time it happened was almost an hour had passed and I was chatting with someone on messenger it said (translated to english) “you’re caught, you’re caught.” In a low, almost whispering female voice. (Please don’t joke about ghosts, it’s certainly not it, it didn’t sound frightening just confusing like it was talking to someone else) I checked the control center to see what is playing but it stopped when i did. but before I heard the voice, I was on Facebook watching some videos. Then I checked to see if the audio I heard was connected to the video, it was not.

it happened again not long after but I only heard air for few seconds. As if someone has called but no one was answering. Then it cut off.

I restarted my phone afterwards and changed the password of my personal hotspot and so far it has not happened yet— writing this on the same night it happened.

then, I thought this could be related to something I noticed when I first got my iphone, the speaker sounded like it cracked then I would hear an air (the same description I gave earlier) but only for less than a second. It would happen at random times back then but recently I have not experienced it. I already had this phone for 2 years.

I have not downloaded anything suspicious from the internet on my phone and I rarely use it for researching as well. so I could not tell what really is happening.
