AirPods Pro (2nd Generation) Not Appearing in Find My

Hi there,

I received my brand new AirPods Pro 2 on launch day. They have been working perfectly except that they do not show up in the Find My app on either my iPhone, iPad, or MacBook Pro. No matter how many times I reset the AirPods (holding down the button on the back until the light turns amber) and pair them again via my iPhone, it still does not show.

I got these primarily for the GPS capabilities in the case and AirPods themselves, but if they don't show up at all in Find My, then what am I supposed to do if I lose them?

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? What should I do?

Same issue for me,

I contacted Apple and they told me to wait for an update…
